Job Summary

Groundperson - starting at $20/hr

We are looking for a responsible individual to safely perform groundworker duties in the tree care industry. These duties include and are not limited to; chipping, chainsaw use, rigging, raking and cleaning up the job site. The ideal person will need to be hard working, punctual and a team player. There will be opportunities to grow and develop in this up coming industry. Tree climbing experience is a great asset but not a requirement.

Arborist/Climber - $24-$35/hr dependent on experience

The successful candidate will ideally have 2-3 years of climbing experience. Complete assigned work and help with clean up to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner. The ideal person will need to be hard working, punctual and a team player. There will be opportunities to grow and develop in this up coming industry

Learing and Development

We continuously expand our knowledge and training in this industry for our employees by having training days to expand our skills, going to learning centres and bringing in highly accredited professionals for training days. For 2026 we also have training and skill development from Australian travelling tree care specialists as part of crew to help expand our employees skillset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
