Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and other common areas
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as trash removal, floor care, and surface disinfecting
• Maintain cleaning schedules and document completed tasks
• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed

Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning, especially in commercial or facilities maintenance settings, is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies is advantageous
• Familiarity with basic facilities maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
