Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our vibrant entertainment center team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role involves managing guest interactions, handling inquiries, and supporting daily operations to create a fun and memorable experience for visitors of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
• Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently
• Handle guest reservations, ticketing, and scheduling activities or events
• Provide information about the entertainment offerings and answer questions
• Assist with cash handling, ticket sales, and basic food service transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Support guest services by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
• Engage with children and families to ensure they have an enjoyable experience
• Promote upcoming events or special promotions within the center

Requirements

• Strong public speaking skills and confidence in engaging with diverse audiences
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Experience in guest services, cash handling, or food service is a plus
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed
• Hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
