Full job description

Seeking an experienced Truck Shop Supervisor to lead day-to-day repair and maintenance operations in a fast-paced service environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee shop operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely repairs
  • Lead, train, and support technicians and apprentices
  • Conduct safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture
  • Monitor performance, productivity, and service metrics
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Assist with complex repairs as needed

Qualifications:

  • 310T Truck and Coach Technician License
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a truck/service environment
  • Strong hands-on mechanical experience (Hino and/or Cummins preferred)
  • Proven leadership, organization, and team development skills
