About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other administrative accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare invoices and reconcile customer accounts
• Perform credit card reconciliations
• Enter financial data accurately into accounting software
• Assist with payroll processing, as required
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Support quarter-end and year-end closing procedures
• Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Certificate, diploma, or experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
• Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Sage50 accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
