Sales Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full Time and Part Time Staff Member to join our team at Lootie Patootie. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting in-store operations. Key tasks include assisting customers with purchases, handling inquiries, restocking shelves, and ensuring a welcoming store environment. This is an on-site role located in Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash and perform cash handling duties with precision.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in technology sales is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
