Cleaner (Residential)

Summary

We are seeking a reliable,, diligent and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. All applications are welcome and the ideal candidate will ensure that clients' homes are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, comfort and safety. This role requires efficiency, discretion and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning Tasks: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Kitchen Cleaning: wiping counters, cleaning appliances, sanitizing sinks and removing trash.
• Bathroom Sanitation: scrubbing toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors and sinks.
• Living Area upkeep: making beds, tidying spaces, and organizing items.
• Special Requests: deep cleaning, seasonal tasks or organization projects as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of residential cleaning experience (More experience advantageous).
• Knowledge: Understanding different cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods.
• Abilities: Capable of using various cleaning tools and equipment including but not limited to floor mops, vacuums, and dusters.
• Communication: Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Teamwork: Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality and trustworthiness.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs while carrying out various cleaning tasks.
• Must be able to adhere to all safety protocols.
• Ability to be bonded and pass a background check.

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Experience:

• Residential cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
