Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality barbering and hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and creating a professional, friendly atmosphere
  • Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards for tools, stations, and common areas
  • Recommend and upsell grooming products and services to enhance the client experience
  • Support daily shop operations, including appointment flow and teamwork coordination
  • Build long-term client relationships that reflect the Mr. Classy brand standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as a barber or in a grooming barber shop environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of hygiene and sanitation regulations
  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented setting
  • Sales awareness and confidence in recommending products and services
