Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, cleaning, and maintenance of eavestroughs (gutters) on residential and commercial properties
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to remove old gutters, install new systems, and perform repairs
• Ensure work areas are clean and free of debris during and after job completion, adhering to safety standards
• Support team members in measuring, cutting, and fitting gutter components accurately
• Carry out heavy lifting tasks related to handling gutter sections, ladders, and equipment with proper technique
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met efficiently
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site

Skills

• Work on the roof.
• Proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, and measuring tapes
• Experience with facilities maintenance or custodial work is a plus but not required
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively during installation tasks
• Strong cleaning skills for preparing work sites and ensuring quality finishes
• Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients when needed
• Good time management to complete projects within scheduled timelines
• Physical strength for heavy lifting and working at heights using ladders or scaffolding
• Clear communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding instructions
