The Buyer & Replenishment Coordinator supports the Buying team by assisting with merchandise selection, inventory replenishment, vendor management, and purchase order execution. This role helps ensure product availability while maintaining accurate inventory levels and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support Buyers with merchandise selection, product sourcing, and assortment planning.
  • Analyze inventory levels and replenish merchandise and gift card inventory.
  • Create, manage, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve order or shipping issues.
  • Monitor open orders, inventory levels, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure warehouse receipts and product activations are completed accurately.
  • Process drop ship orders and maintain accurate product and vendor information.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, IT, and Accounting to support business operations.
  • Prepare reports and assist with inventory forecasting and purchasing analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in buying, purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
