Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
• Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
• Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
• Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ensure all food is stored correctly and inventory levels are maintained
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely service and uphold restaurant standards

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
• Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
• Knowledge of serving standards and customer service principles is a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist with various kitchen duties as needed

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
