Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and recreational spaces by performing routine cleaning tasks
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest safety and comfort
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently
• Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules effectively while maintaining a positive attitude

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques involving industrial cleaning equipment and supplies
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role
