Full job description

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy dealership service team in Richmond.

This is a great fit for someone who knows the dealership service environment, understands how to build trust with customers, and can keep repair orders moving while delivering a strong customer experience.

This is not an entry-level service role. We’re looking for someone with previous OEM dealership experience who can step in, manage a busy service lane, and contribute to both customer satisfaction and department performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and guide them through the service process
  • Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately
  • Explain recommended repairs clearly and professionally
  • Work closely with technicians, parts, and service leadership
  • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
  • Help maintain strong CP hours per RO
  • Support a high NPS/customer satisfaction experience
  • Build long-term customer relationships through trust and follow-through

What You Bring

  • Previous Service Advisor experience in an OEM dealership
  • Strong understanding of repair orders, service workflow, and customer follow-up
  • Proven ability to deliver strong customer satisfaction results
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and professional
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • CDK experience is an asset
  • A second language is an asset, but not required
