Build Some of Atlantic Canada's Most Exciting Technology Projects

Peak Audio Video is one of Atlantic Canada's leading smart home and technology integration companies. From our Halifax showroom and headquarters, we design and install advanced smart home, audio/video, networking, security, surveillance, lighting control, and motorized shading systems throughout Nova Scotia and the Maritime Provinces.

As demand for our services continues to grow, we're looking for another great technician to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in AV, security, low-voltage, networking, telecommunications, electrical, or related technical fields who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and learning new technologies.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Smart home and home automation systems
  • Audio and video distribution systems
  • Home theatres and media rooms
  • Security and surveillance systems
  • Residential and commercial networking
  • Lighting control and motorized shading systems
  • Structured wiring and equipment racks
  • Residential and commercial technology projects

No two days are exactly the same, and every project brings new challenges and learning opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in AV, security, low-voltage, networking, telecommunications, electrical, or related technical fields
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license

Experience with smart home systems, networking, surveillance, Control4, Lutron, or related technologies is considered an asset.
