outside? TNL Property Maintenance provides residential and commercial property maintenance
to its clients in and around Brant County. We are looking for a Grass Crew
Lead to oversee their own team/crew, schedule and equipment and drive our
business forward!

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing jobs, creating and modifying
work schedules, providing on-going training for new and existing field staff, in addition to
working with crew members to execute high quality work. The Maintenance
Lead will be responsible for overseeing landscape
maintenance. We are looking for
an individual who can drive quality jobs through to finish within estimated hours.
Experience with small repairs and some mechanical aptitude would be considered a
great asset!

This position offers full-time, permanent work in a reputable company including a

successful candidate will work with HR during onboarding and training to ensure a
smooth transition and that new hires are set up for success and long-term growth in the
company.

Responsibilities
● Overseeing and managing a schedule, a team of staff and their equipment
● Correspondence with clients and the public as required.
● Organizing a crew/s, including operational and administrative functions.
● Working alongside other crews when needed to provide additional training, drive
efficiency, set quality standards or fill in gaps due to absence.

● Attending and participating in meetings to help plan for the
future and address, discuss and find solutions for existing issues
● Provide context and insight to business owner about employee performance for
the purpose of yearly evaluations

Key Requirements/Assets
● 5+ years landscape maintenance experience minimum
● 2+ years Supervisory/leadership experience minimum
● 1+ years snow removal experience minimum
● Graduate from a horticulture diploma program considered an asset
● Experience with small repairs considered an asset
● D license or higher considered an asset
● Team player.
