Our projects range from $50,000 to over $50 million across Canada and the United States. We are looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager who wants to build a long-term career and grow into a senior leadership role within our organization.
The Role
As a Junior Project Manager, you will work alongside our experienced Project Managers and Operations team to help deliver industrial construction and warehouse projects from award through completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career while working on large-scale industrial projects throughout North America.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing multiple industrial construction and warehouse projects.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Help develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Order and track materials and equipment deliveries.
- Attend customer meetings and project site visits.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, permits, engineering coordination, and change orders.
- Track project costs, budgets, and profitability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Operations, Procurement, and Finance.
- Maintain organized project documentation and reporting.
- Support health and safety documentation and compliance.
- Assist with project closeout and customer handover.
- Travel to project sites throughout Ontario and occasionally across Canada and the United States.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.
- Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or automation is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable reading construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar software is an asset.
- Valid G Driver’s Licence.
- Willingness to travel as required.

- Construction estimating: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- PMP (preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)
- Red Seal (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
