Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Year Round Labourer and become a vital part of our operations throughout the year! This energetic role offers the opportunity to start on our snow removal crew for the remainder of the winter and then transition to a spot on a lawn care crew. We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive on physical activity and enjoy hands-on work, all while being part of a supportive and safety-conscious environment. You must be very detail oriented and client focused. Customer service skills are a must.

This is not always an easy position. The days can be long and we work in a variety of weather conditions, however it is a very rewarding position for someone who enjoys physical labour, the outdoors, and helping our community members.

Hours for the snow removal portion of the job are very sporadic. You must be available everyday and be ready at a moment's notice when it snows. Snow removal typically averages about 20 hours per week, however you may not work at all or you may work over 40 hours in a week. Once we transition into the lawn care season you will have more predictable full time hours. If you impress us we will likely be able to move you into a Crew Leader spot for the following winter which is a salaried, better paying position than the starting snow removal position.
