NOW HIRING: Temporary Property Manager (1-Year Maternity Leave Coverage)

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team on a temporary, full-time basis to cover a maternity leave for approximately 12 months.

Location: Red Deer Property Rentals - 140, 4731- 61st, Red Deer
Position Type: Full-time
Start Date: September 15th, 2025

About the Role:
As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential rental properties, ensuring tenants receive excellent service and properties are well-maintained. You’ll handle tenant relations, leasing, inspections, and coordinate maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with tenants regarding inquiries, concerns, and lease terms
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and showings
  • Arrange for maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Enforce lease agreements, property rules, and evictions
  • Maintain accurate service records
  • Assist with rent collection and related administrative tasks
  • On call rotation

Qualifications:

  • Previous property management or rental housing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
