As a Store Manager, you thrive to succeed in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating true leadership skills and achieving sales goals set by upper management. SUKOSHI is looking for a candidate with an upbeat personality that has a genuine passion and deep knowledge for beauty and skincare, and Asian pop culture. You enjoy mentoring and motivating your team to ensure first class customer service. As a Store manager, you will lead in day-to-day store operations which include (but not limited to): sales delivery, ordering, scheduling, merchandising, hiring and training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to drive sales and ensure a smooth, memorable in-store customer experience.
  • Actively oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge of all products and sharing expertise with customers.
  • Serve as a role model and leader, offering guidance and constructive feedback to support team growth.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff on store policies, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
  • Manage inventory levels and purchasing, ensuring optimal stock availability and loss prevention.
  • Foster a positive work environment by acting as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
  • Support new store setup and assist with operational launches as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Minimum 2 years of Store Management experience in a similar retail environment, with a proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills to foster team growth, improve performance, and drive results.
  • Experience in beauty and skincare sales is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of product knowledge and customer engagement strategies.
  • Sales and business acumen, with the ability to analyze store performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to drive sales.
  • Inventory management experience, including stock control, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships, resolve concerns, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to quickly respond to changes in product trends, store policies, and business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite for reporting, store operations, and communication.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
