WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Canvass local neighborhoods and engage homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy.
- Build rapport quickly with homeowners and handle objections confidently.
- Educate potential customers on how solar can reduce energy bills and promote environmental sustainability.
- Generate leads, present solar energy solutions, and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- Resilience: You can handle rejection with a positive attitude and keep moving forward.
- Goal-Driven Mindset: You thrive in a commission-based environment and are motivated to exceed your targets.
- Personality: You’re friendly, approachable, and enjoy talking to people face-to-face.
- Passion for Clean Energy: You care about the environment and want to help others make a difference by adopting renewable energy.
- Previous Sales Experience (Preferred, but not required): Experience in door-to-door, B2C, or commission-based sales is a plus, but if you’re ambitious and willing to learn, we want to talk to you!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Must be comfortable walking, standing, and working outdoors for extended periods.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
