Position Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Scaffolding Division Manager to lead our scaffolding operations and contribute directly to the success of our construction and maintenance projects. If you have strong field experience, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-performance results, this is the role for you.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you’ll combine your scaffold field experience and construction management expertise to support both day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the scaffolding division.
- Oversee planning, design, scheduling, and installation of scaffolding for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and clients to ensure timely and safe execution of all scaffolding requirements.
- Supervise and support scaffold crews to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards.
- Provide guidance to the estimation and operations teams to prepare estimates, project proposals, and reports for clients and senior leadership.
- Monitor budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure compliance with OH&S and internal safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect scaffolding installations, verify safe work practices, and ensure crews follow all safety protocols.
Education & Experience
- 7+ years of scaffolding experience with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Journeyperson Scaffolder Ticket considered an asset.
- PMP Certification or other project management credentials considered an asset.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering considered an asset.
- Prior in-depth scaffolding experience on tools in the field is a must.
- Strong background in construction or project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and scaffold system design.
- Familiarity with OH&S regulations and job site safety practices.
- Proficient with MS Office and project management software.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.

Working Conditions
- This is a full-time permanent position.
- This role is based in-person at our Kandrea Head Office (3902 – 82 Avenue, Leduc, AB) with requirement to travel on a weekly basis to project site, as needed.
- Ability to be exposed to various types of work environments.
- Working with WHMIS products and materials.
- Use of specialized PPE such as respirators, coveralls and safety glasses
