Outside Sales Representative (Renovations)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. The incumbent will be responsible for generating their own leads and also working with leads given by the company. They will qualify them and set in home or in showroom appointments to provide them a quote and close it. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for sales, and have technical knowledge about home and business renovations. Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong desire to meet or exceed sales goals
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for making estimates and providing them to clients
• Proficient in written and oral English
• Must have a valid drivers license; company vehicle will be provided
• This will be a salary-based pay plus commissions position
• Hybrid 'on the road' position and in-office or at-home work necessary

Pay: $31,920.97-$101,820.84 per year
