About Us:
Join a rapidly growing company with a one-of-a-kind product designed for both commercial and residential properties. Our innovative solutions in rubber and polyurethane surfacing leave us with few competitors, offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to drive growth and build lasting relationships in the GTA.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell Rubaroc products to both commercial and residential clients within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, contractors, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the benefits of our products.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage leads, pipeline, and customer communications in an organized and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in both commercial and residential sectors, preferably within the safety surfacing or construction industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; multilingual abilities are an asset.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.
