Envision Exteriors is hiring a full time Roofer to work on residential renovation and new construction sites and assist other crew members in installing roofing, siding and aluminum products. This position requires a self motivated individual who can work well both in a team setting and unsupervised. The person hired for this position will have the opportunity to be groomed for Crew Leader and Foreman positions as they become available. This is an outdoors based position so you can expect to work in all weather conditions as we work year-round. Overtime may be required from time to time.

Duties and Responsibilities;

- Remove old material using basic hand tools, and power tools as necessary;

- Assist crew members in installation of asphalt shingles; vinyl, wood and cement fiber siding and aluminum products;

- Cut materials based using basic hand tools and power tools;

- Clean jobsite as needed;

- Provide exceptional customer service when needed;

- Participate in daily safety meetings;

- Working at heights and must be comfortable on a ladder

- Lift, carry and move material around the jobsite as needed; and

- Set up and breakdown work station at the beginning and end of each job.

Physical Demands:

This position will be physically demanding and will require climbing, heavy lifting, kneeling, crouching, and or balancing. You will be required to be on your feet for long periods of time as well. You must be able to carry 90lbs regularly as roofing is the primary work in the summer months.

Requirements;

- Must be 18 years old;

- Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation;

- Must be able to lift 80lbs regularly;

- Able to communicate well with others both verbally and written;

- Overtime will be required of this role based on demand; and

- Minimum 6 months construction experience.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hour.
