Founded in 1983 by Robert Bourdeau, Robert Excavating began as a basement excavation, backfilling, and site grading company. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include sewer and watermain installation, stormwater management facilities, mass earth movement operations, and heavy equipment rentals.

Position: Pipe Layer

Robert Excavating is currently seeking an experienced Pipe Layer to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in underground civil construction and be capable of working effectively as part of a crew on a variety of infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pipe Layer
  • Experience with public works, subdivisions, excavation, and infrastructure projects is considered an asset
  • Ability to read grades and work safely around heavy equipment
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
