Job Summary
LTL Contracting Ltd. is seeking a Paint and Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and be proficient in using both hand and power tools. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. The Auto Body Technician will be responsible for restoring vehicles and equipment and ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform repairs on damaged vehicles and equipment, including bodywork, frame straightening, and painting.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles.
- Keep accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.
Skills
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to automotive repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues.
- Experience working in a dealership or similar automotive environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
