Castle Fuels has an immediate opening for a part time experienced Onsite Refueling Truck Driver for our Kelowna Bulk Plant who is safety driven and cares about the customers they serve. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the OSR Driver will work part-time Monday through Friday and occasional stat holiday or weekend coverage. Start time is dependent on business needs and may start as early as 3:00 or 4:00 am.

Some Job Duties Include:

• Loads, distributes and dispenses fuel and lubricants in most safe and efficient way possible.
• Conducts a pre-trip inspection and completes all truck inspection reports including log books and fuel receipts.
• Completes all required documentation, forms, checklists, and reporting within the timelines established.
• Maintains all truck reference books and price books and ensures they are current and up-to-date.
• Follows safe loading and unloading procedures at all locations.
• Operates all equipment in a safe, clean and legal manner at all times.
• This role is physical in nature and includes pulling hoses and maneuvering in a variety of situations and weather conditions.

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

• Must have a valid Class 1 or 3 drivers license with air endorsement
• Must have a minimum of 3 years tandem/tri-drive experience with Class 1 or 3
• Drivers abstract in good standing with ICBC
• Fuel experience is a definite asset
• Commitment to quality of work and safety
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving abilities
• Must be physically fit to perform day to day duties

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $31.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• Kelowna, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Mountain Driving: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Class 1 or 3 with Air Brake Endorsement (required)
• Criminal Record Check (preferred)
• clean Drivers Abstract (required)
