We are a growing bookkeeping firm looking for a full-time administrator to join the team. You will join a small team of professionals who are passionate about helping businesses grow and increase their profitability. We work hard, and value a healthy work-life balance.
This position is suitable for someone with administrative experience, and in particular, someone who has experience in the bookkeeping or accounting field. You should be comfortable working in Microsoft Office and at managing deadlines, and you should be confident talking to and emailing with clients. Preference will be given to those who are familiar with Sage 50, QBO, or both, and who have some bookkeeping knowledge or experience, as there will be some bookkeeping components involved.
We are looking for someone who is accountable and diligent in their work. Attention to detail is imperative. We would like someone who can manage deadlines and keep the team on track, and who will work full-time, or near full-time in our central Nanaimo office.
Wage is dependent on experience, starting at $18-27/hr.
