First Nations Insurance Services (FNIS) is an insurance brokerage specializing in group health benefits, including group health and pension plans, as well as individual insurance and pension products. We currently have offices in Prince Albert and Saskatoon.
LaRoche McDonald Agencies (LMA) is an SGI motor licensing issuer and property and commercial insurance brokerage, with offices in Saskatoon and Prince Albert.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Saskatoon office or Prince Albert Office
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing, communications, and community engagement initiatives across the First Nations Insurance Group of Companies.
Reporting directly to the Marketing and Community Engagement Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering consistent, engaging content and supporting campaigns, events, and partnerships that strengthen our brand and deepen relationships with the communities we serve.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to grow their career in marketing within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives (social media, email, print, and digital campaigns)
- Manage day-to-day social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Assist with website updates and basic content maintenance
- Design and prepare marketing materials including advertisements, newsletters, and internal/external communications
- Support planning and coordination of events such as client appreciation events, workshops, trade shows, staff functions, and community initiatives
- Coordinate community engagement activities and sponsorship support
- Create and maintain templates for sales and client-facing materials (quotes, presentations, documents)
- Assist with tracking marketing activities, engagement, and campaign performance
- Support internal projects and administrative coordination as required
