We’re Hiring a Marketing & Content Coordinator

Location: Vancouver, BC | Hybrid | Full-Time

Start Date: February 2026

At Lavinia Bakery and Café, we are creating more than just a café. Our space is designed to feel like a warm pause in the middle of the city, welcoming, cozy, and intentional. Inspired by the flavours of our childhood and the joy of sharing food, we serve artisanal pastries, Peruvian-inspired desserts, specialty coffee, all-day brunch, and happy hour.

We are a women-led business, and we believe every detail matters. We are looking for a Marketing and Content Coordinator to bring our story to life. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a recent graduate who loves social media, food, and creative storytelling.

What you will do

• Create and edit content including photos, videos, reels, TikToks, posts, and stories

• Manage Lavinia’s social media accounts such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Red Note

• Plan and execute creative campaigns

• Manage a small paid advertising budget on Meta

• Design and send newsletters using Mailchimp

• Coordinate influencer campaigns and follow-ups

• Track performance metrics and share insights

• Support events, collaborations, and promotions

Who you are

• A recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

• Passionate about food, social media, and content creation

• Skilled in photography, video, and editing tools such as Canva or CapCut

• Proficient in Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, and Slides

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial

• Someone who puts people at the heart of what you do

Nice to have

• Experience running social media for a brand, café, or restaurant (internship or personal project counts)

• Familiarity with Mailchimp or Klaviyo

• Food photography or strong knowledge of foodie culture

• Familiarity with Red Note, or a willingness to learn quickly
