Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and hardworking individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in crack filling, painting, and general maintenance tasks, assisting with various property upkeep duties.

Duties

  • Perform crack filling and painting with attention to detail
  • Operate vehicles and small machinery during snow events
  • Assist with general maintenance (e.g., minor repairs)
  • Occasional physically demanding tasks required
  • Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license, a cellular phone availability & reliable transportation
