Lead Nurse

We are currently recruiting for the position of Lead Nurse to support both our Vancouver and South Surrey Clinics. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced RPN or RN who is passionate about mental health, patient-centred care, and innovative treatment modalities. Working 4-5 days per week, time will be split working in Vancouver ~3 days per week, and South Surrey ~1-2 days per week.

Job Summary:

The Lead Nurse oversees nursing operations and provides exceptional patient care within our ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and neuromodulation programs. This role supports both clinical delivery and operational excellence across our Vancouver and South Surrey clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-treatment assessments, vitals, and safety screenings
• Administer IM or SL ketamine (sub-anesthetic doses)
• Administer and monitor Spravato treatments
• Provide continuous monitoring and trauma-informed support during sessions
• Lead documentation standards and care coordination
• Support clinical workflows and uphold safety protocols
• Mentor nursing staff and collaborate closely with psychiatrists and therapists

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Canada
• Current registration with BCCNM (RN, RPN, or NP)
• BLS required; ACLS an asset
• Cleared Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
• Experience in mental health, psychedelic-assisted therapy, or trauma-informed care
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centred approach
• Ability to reliably commute to the Vancouver and South Surrey clinics
