The Role You'll lead creative direction across a portfolio of clients — guiding designers and collaborating with strategists to produce content that performs, not just looks good.

What You'll Do

  • Set creative direction for client social, web, and ad campaigns
  • Guide a team of designers with clear briefs and feedback
  • Ensure every deliverable is on-brand, on-strategy, and on-time
  • Collaborate with SEO and paid growth teams to align creative with performance goals

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in a creative lead or art direction role
  • Strong portfolio across digital formats
  • Comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback
  • Experience working in fast-paced agency environments
