We’re currently seekingreliable, hard-working individuals to join our batt insulation crews. No previous experience is required—we’re happy to train the right people. What we care most about is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting experienced crew members in installing fiberglass and rockwool batt insulation in single-family homes and multi-family projects
- Installing vapor barriers, chute vents, caulking, blow stops, and other insulation related materials
- Working on active construction sites, often climbing ladders and scaffolding, and engaging in physical tasks like bending, reaching, and lifting
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong reliability—showing up on time, ready to work
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- A valid BC driver’s license is a strong asset
