Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining updated records of guest information.
• Utilize upselling techniques to promote hotel services and amenities effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and reservations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
• Conduct analysis of guest feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish.
• Sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
