Growth & Partnerships Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote (North America)
Travel: Industry conferences across North America
Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 base + performance incentives
On-Target Earnings: $120,000+

The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role.
It is a relationship-driven growth role focused on building trust, expanding partnerships, and increasing our presence across North America. You will represent the company in conversations that matter, deliver compelling demonstrations, and help drive sustainable growth through credibility and connection.
You will work closely with leadership and play a visible role in how we scale.
What You Will Do
Build Relationships and Drive Growth
- Develop strong relationships with property managers, boards, and industry partners
- Represent the company as a trusted professional partner
- Contribute directly to new client acquisition and revenue growth
Educate and Inspire Clients
- Deliver high-quality product demonstrations
- Lead webinars and educational presentations
- Translate complex concepts into clear, confident messaging
Strengthen Market Presence
- Participate in conferences and industry events
- Build visibility through professional engagement and content
- Identify partnership and market expansion opportunities

Qualifications
Required
- Experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build professional relationships and earn trust
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Self-directed and accountable
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services
- Experience in property management, real estate, or regulated industries
- Experience delivering presentations or demonstrations
- Experience working with partnerships or channel relationships
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000 to $80,000
