General Labourer & Skid Steer Operator

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to support our earthworks team. The ideal candidate will assist with site preparation, grading, and general construction tasks while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Location: Quispamsis, New Brunswick, Canada

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Ker responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving activities
• Perform manual labour tasks including shoveling, raking, and material handling
• Support compaction and grading operations
• Assist in operating and working around heavy equipment (e.g., skid steer)
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in earthworks is required
• Experience operating skid steer, mini excavator, bulldozer and/or loader is an asset.
• Knowledge of compaction and grading is an asset
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
