About Us:

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated carpenter for residential and small commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Manage and motivate construction workers and subcontractors on site
Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, installing doors and windows, exterior finishes and other related duties
Assist with structural tasks as needed throughout the construction process
Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts
Maintain a clean and organized work site
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role will be considered an asset
Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, framework, carpentry, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid driver’s license
Commercial experience will be considered an asset
