Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in excavation and demolition, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators and other heavy machinery to perform excavation (minimum 2-3 storeys) and demolition tasks.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Work closely with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Excavator Operator.
• Proficiency in operating various types of excavators.
• Strong knowledge of excavation and demolition techniques.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and site plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excavator license / certification
• Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
