THE CHALLENGE

As the Events & Marketing Coordinator, you will be the engine room of our promotional efforts. You’ll wear two hats: a creative coordinator who crafts compelling brand narratives and a logistics maestro who executes flawless events. Whether it’s a high-stakes product launch, an industry trade show, or a digital campaign, you ensure TURBINE-X shows up with impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage the logistics for trade shows, webinars, corporate retreats, and client VIP events.
  • Source and manage relationships with venues, caterers, and technical production teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during events to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Support designers and videographers to produce high-quality marketing collateral, sometimes going out into the field to capture your own marketing material.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Assist in the rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and report on lead generation and brand reach
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Experience: 2-4 years in marketing, event planning, or a related role
  • Tools: Adobe Creative Suite is viewed as an asset
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills and the ability to present ideas confidently to leadership.
  • Organization: You treat a checklist like a work of art. You can manage multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat
  • The "X" Factor: A proactive "get-it-done" attitude and the ability to pivot when plans change (because they will).

PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

  • Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to X-Group safety policies and SOPs.
  • PPE: Ability to wear required gear (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection).
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate an active industrial shop floor.
