CP Dental Studio – Carleton Place, ON
CP Dental Studio is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, staying organized, and helping create a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Schedule
Part-time position:
- Mondays
- Thursdays
- Fridays
Compensation
$28/hour
Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
- Processing payments and insurance submissions
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the daily flow of the office
Qualifications
- Previous dental reception experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental software is considered an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
