Delivery Helper

Hewson Brothers Building Supply is seeking a General Labourer at an entry level position to assist with delivering drywall, insulation, steel studs and acoustic tiles in the tri-city area.

This job requires heavy and repetitive lifting of materials on job sites, and working as a team to complete daily schedules.

Job responsibilities will include:

- Daily circle check.

- Verify accuracy, tarp and strap loads.

- Deliver loads into commercial and residential buildings.

- Be willing and able to work as part of a team and communicate with co-workers.

- Safe and timely deliveries and pickups.

- Abide by all rules of the road and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.

- Pulling, pushing, bending and torso twisting movements to transfer building materials on the job site.

Hours: must be able to work flexible hours. Typical shift time is 6:00am to 3:00pm, Monday – Friday. Hours may vary.

Job Requirements:

- G License with clean record

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
