Are you an experienced concrete finisher looking to join a new and growing team? We might be the right fit for you.

We are looking for an experienced concrete finisher, who has the ability to finish exterior broom finish slabs, walls, grade beams and power trowel interior slabs. Most importantly we are looking for a good teammate to join our team, and help our team grow.

We value teamwork, family, health (physical and mental), and a good work/life balance.

We will work Monday to Friday. Depending job to job, sometimes a little extra effort is needed from the team, but that will be compensated with overtime pay.

Majority of our work will be Regina based as we know the importance of spending time with your family. The odd job will show up when we need to spend a few days out of town. Will be notified to the best of our abilities with plenty of time to organize.

Once we find the right candidate and spend some time working together. Benefits will be introduced, along with an RRSP contribution. We offer benefits through Merit Benefits and RRSP's through Manulife, with up to 5% matched contributions by Bison Builders.

What the job entails: Will be on concrete pours. Screeding, raking, vibrating, and finishing. Assisting with formwork on a number of concrete elements. Walls, grade beams, pilasters, pile caps, slabs, retaining walls and lots more.

Wages vary based on experience, teamwork and effort.
