Are you an experienced concrete formwork carpenter looking to join a new team? Or new to the industry and interested in learning the trade? We might be the right fit for you.

Owner/operator is a journeyman carpenter, willing to apprentice the right candidate! Willing to train an unexperienced person.

All we ask is you show up with a positive attitude, a good work ethic, and the ability to fit in with a team.

We will work Monday to Friday. Depending job to job, sometimes a little extra effort is needed from the team, but that will be compensated with overtime pay.

Majority of our work will be Regina based as we know the importance of spending time with your family. The odd job will show up when we need to spend a few days out of town. Will be notified to the best of our abilities with plenty of time to organize.

Once we find the right candidate and spend some time working together. Benefits will be introduced, along with an RRSP contribution. We offer benefits through Merit Benefits and RRSP's through Manulife, with up to 5% matched contributions by Bison Builders.

What the job entails: Formwork on a number of concrete elements. Walls, grade beams, pilasters, pile caps, slabs, retaining walls and lots more. Will be helping on concrete pours. Screeding, raking, vibrating, finishing once experienced. Equipment operating. Skid steer, telehandler, mini excavator. Operator tickets will be provided along with training when needed.

Wages vary based on experience, teamwork and effort.
Journeyman rate will be $40.00 per hour.
