We are a growing commercial roofing company looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead a crew specializing in low-slope and flat roofing projects. As we expand our operations, we are building a new crew, and we’re seeking a strong leader to help guide the team while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a roofing crew on commercial low-slope/flat roofing projects
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Coordinate daily tasks and manage crew productivity
• Communicate with project managers and company leadership
• Ensure jobsite safety procedures are followed
• Train and support crew members as needed
• Maintain jobsite organization and quality control

Requirements

• Min 4 YEARS of experience as a roofing foreman or crew leader
• Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems: Mod-Bit, EPDM, etc.
• Experience with low-slope / flat commercial roofs
• Ability to lead and motivate a crew
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Valid driver’s license
