Clinic Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, with expertise in fiscal management and medical office administration. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure efficient clinic operations while maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, fiscal planning, and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain efficient office management practices, including scheduling, patient flow, and EMR/EHR systems.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care services and improve clinic efficiency.
• Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, records management, and relevant healthcare policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical office management or clinic administration.
• Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership and development.
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Accuro, Oscar, Epic, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of financial management principles including budgeting and fiscal oversight.
• Understanding of managed care processes and utilization management practices.
• Experience in acute care or critical care settings is preferred; veterinary experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with staff, patients, and external partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
