Booking Agent - Guest Services/Reservations

We're recruiting a full time Reservation Agent to assist Guests with experiencing one of the best vacations they'll ever have. Our Guest Experience team works primarily on requests for campervan rentals and we need energetic people willing to help. Be ready to work in a fast paced environment and engage with the best Guests in the world. Role requirement is on-site at our Richmond, BC location. Time requirement: This is a full-time (30-40 hrs per week) with weekend (Saturdays) work required.

Role Requirements:

• Monitor and manage campervan reservations for Karma locations across Canada
• Respond to customer inquiries, questions and booking requests via phone, company email and social media
• Work on site, while keeping a detailed log of daily activities
• Manage transactions, refunds, deposits and other payments
• Manage and organize Guest rental forms and other documentation
• Respond to questions and requests during rentals in a timely manner
• Liaise with fleet technicians and detailers and work directly with team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of campervans and bookings
• Field questions and inquiries via social media in a timely and courteous manner
• This role requires some weekend and holiday hours as needed
• This role may require off site trade show or event work as well

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a travel agency, customer service or similar position
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends and as needed
• Exceptional customer service and attention to detail
• Highly self directed and able to complete tasks with limited supervision
• Proficient written and verbal English skills
• Second and third languages an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
