Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and driven Apprentices to join our skilled team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and technical training in the electrical trade. Under the mentorship of licensed electricians, the apprentice will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, while developing the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue a successful career in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist journeymen electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials
• Participate in safety protocols and procedures on job sites
• Complete required training and attend apprenticeship classes as needed
• Collaborate with other trades and team members on electrical and solar projects
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with teammates and clients.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (e.g., confined spaces, heights).
• Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract.
• Willingness to work out of town.
