Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the execution, growth, and performance optimization of affiliate programs for our top-tier clients.
This role owns:
- Full-cycle affiliate program execution and management
- Affiliate partner recruitment, activation, and relationship growth
- Performance data analysis and campaign optimization
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal media, strategy, and analytics teams
- Proactive client communication and performance reporting
You will act as the primary bridge between client objectives and affiliate channel execution — responsible for scaling traffic, improving efficiency, and ensuring we’re always one step ahead of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Affiliate Program Execution & Growth
- Recruit, activate, and onboard affiliate partners across iGaming, Sweepstakes, and related verticals
- Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns based on performance goals (CPA, CPI, CPL, LTV, etc.)
- Manage payout models, terms, and platform integrations to support scalable growth
2. Performance Optimization
- Track, report, and improve campaign performance metrics across traffic sources and geos
- Identify top performers, underperformers, and optimization levers to increase ROI
- Implement A/B testing and funnel improvements to improve conversion and engagement
3. Affiliate Relationship Management
- Serve as the go-to contact for affiliate partners: provide guidance, resolve issues, and support performance
- Maintain a proactive communication cadence through Slack, email, and calls
- Build trusted partnerships that align incentives and drive mutual success
4. Client Communication & Campaign Reporting
- Lead affiliate-related updates in client calls and performance reports
- Translate data into insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams
- Maintain campaign documentation, updates, and forecasts
5. Market and Industry Intelligence
- Stay on the pulse of affiliate marketing trends, technology, and partner opportunities
- Identify new tools, traffic sources, and strategic shifts to stay ahead of competitors
- Share relevant insights with internal strategy and media teams
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing (agency or growth-focused environments preferred)
- Strong grasp of affiliate metrics, campaign tracking, and attribution models
- Hands-on experience with affiliate networks, CRM platforms, and tracking systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to self-serve performance reports and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
