ATL Group of Companies Limited (ATL Group) is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our operations in our Saskatoon office. The Administrative Assistant will have the ability to thrive working in a high pace and diverse consulting firm, responsible for all general administration tasks. The Administrative Assistant will also demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our business leaders, division staff, and clients.

Position: This is a full-time position for a 12-month contract based out of our Saskatoon office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day office functions including answering phones, emails, mail etc.;
  • Assist with coordination of meetings, conference calls, and events as required;
  • Attend and prepare meeting minutes and update and maintain stakeholder communication logs;
  • Prepare invoices for approval, bank deposits, and assist in bookkeeping and payroll;
  • Maintain office supplies, and handle shipping and receiving;
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating internal and external marketing strategies (i.e. social media, open houses, tradeshows etc.);
  • Assist in printing, trimming, laminating, binding, and scanning maps, reports etc.;
  • Assist in the management of Human Resource activities; and
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education (Business Certificate/Diploma) would be considered an asset;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Experience working in AutoCAD/Autodesk would be considered an asset;
  • Minimum two years’ experience in an administration assistant role;
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders;
  • Ability to establish priorities and to work well under time constraints;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting; and
  • Some travel may be required including overnight travel.
